Wesbank do not inform you outright that you will be expected to pay Titleguard R3500.00 to 'facilitate' a transaction, once finance is approved! RATHER PURCHASE VIA A DEALER AND PAY, WHICH IS WHAT WESBANK EVIDENTLY WANT! Weeks of messing around by Wesbank, then another R5000.00 is added to the transaction. Titleguard can't get it together, deny receipt of documents and can't their access information. Why must i pay this company a facilitation fee, when the purchaser does most of the facilitating anyway!? A complete rip off and non disclosed upfront costs by Wesbank, and after 3 weeks of back and forward the deal is still not sorted out.
