I deliberately avoid any kind of interaction with Nedbank; their strike rate of bad service is 100% with me.
So when I loose my wallet, cancel my debit card and request a new one to be delivered, I should have expected no action, disappointment and inconvenience. I refuse to ask TWICE Nedbank. After cancelling my card on 17 March i still have not received my debit card!!! Think it's time for one last inconvenience of actually going to the effort of closing this account.
YOUR SERVICE IS DESPICABLE!!!
