A transaction was reported to Nedbank when we suspected a card used at our buisness was cloned. We prevented any losses occurring yet Nedbank still charged us an excessive transaction fee. I brought the matter under their attention on 1 March 2013 already. I have had no response. I phoned again on 4 March 2013 whereafter Leon Koekemoer phoned back and confirmed that the fees would be reversed. I have still not received the credit and URGENTLY request that this be done immediately.
