Nedbank misplaced my credit card

On 4 Oct I received a SMS that my American Express credit card had been dispatched and that I could receive it at my Post Office in Piet Retief. As I was away on business, I went to the Post Office as soon as I was back in town, which was on 9 Oct. There I found that my credit card had not been delivered. I contacted Nedbank Card Division immediately and spoke to a Blessing who told me that the card had been misplaced in Nedbank and had not been dispatched. He assured me that a new card would be issued.By 17 Oct I had not heard anything about this and contacted Nedbank again and spoke to a Wendy. I was then told that Blessing had NOT requested a new card as he had promised. She then requested a new card and this was dispatched on 18 Oct. I was promised that the card would be in Piet Retief on 22 or 23 Oct. I have now once again called Nedbank and nobody can tell me where the card is. The best they can say is that it should be at the local Nedbank branch within the next day or two. I urgently need the new card to update debit orders. I am being threatened with debit orders that will be cancelled because I haven't updated my details. Can someone take my complaint seriously?
