APPAULING SERVICE - 2MONTHS LATER STILL WAITING

I applied for a Nedbank cheque account, due to my travels I chose to have my card delivered to me.
I have waited almost 2months and have spent over R500 making arrangements with Nedbank to deliver my card. It has been highly frustrating and has been such a headache and I regret for thinking that Nedbank is a reliable and trustworthy bank that keeps to they promise and actually goes out of they way in ensuring the best customer services.
The staff has been unempathetic & non-helpful and have been promised one date to another, this has not only been an inconvenience i have funds that I need access to that I cannot because of this problem.
I wanted to use the card as a savings as I have things that needed those funds.
To date, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD. What i want is to cancel that card and can they transfer my money to another account. I am so sick and tired of calling and running after NEDBANK, at the end of the day its my money, my choice & I would like to cancel this whole thing for a bank that actually will make my life much more simpler and BETTER.
Cannot be calling your callcenter for another day, cancelling travels to wait for a delivery that never happens.
