Wow no response... not surprised

This is what i had to complain about.
Good day. i got a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from the dotFNB store in Galleria in January. the salesperson got me the phone and asked if i wanted insurance on the device. now this device is a little expensive so i told the guy, put the insurance on as it is a no brainer. now when i call to find out about the insurance i get told there is no insurance on it. i want this device covered from when i purchased it.
this is the response:

well guess what... NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!! Useless. i think i will close my accounts with you over this.
