I logged a claim with FNB insurance on Tuesday 21 May for my Samsung S3 device. Up until today I must call everyday to find out what is happening. The person said that the device will not be covered as they sent an email out in April saying that screens (apparently) are not covered. Well, I still have not recieved such a mail and I am still waiting for them to contact me. You cannot complain about the service, as there is none.
