Be careful of Easybizz and Deltafin's Marc Bandemer/Mike Merrick/Mark Frayne/ Zack Adams. We signed contract with Easybizz's Zack Adams and Marc Bandemer, we didn't do a due diligent on the company or persons because they seemed so genuine. We (4 different companies) paid a upfront fee after they told us and showed us a guarantee with 500 million Euro's on, they said they can give us some of these funding and it will be here the latest end November, we are still waiting for the funds and in the meantime I investigated Marc Bandemer, it turns out the people who he claims is his co directors on his organizational structure are not aware that they are on it. They had one meeting with Bandemer, he uses this document to lure people to think he has this major company, some of the people are doctors. I contacted them and they sent him lawyers letters.
