Good day.
it is now over a week and i have still not been "put on your system" i took insurance of this device with FNB the day i took delivery of it. all i get told by Simone is "Please note I have send you information through to underwriting team. I have checked but can still not find you on the system. I will update you as soon as you have been loaded."
How long does this take? considering i took the device in January and we are now sitting in April. i want this sorted out so i can get a new device!
