Good day,
I've been waiting the whole day for my claim number which was supposed to have been texted to my phone and also emailed to me with the details of the panel beater where I was supposed to take my car for a quote.
This is totally unacceptable because when I asked the lady if she's sms'd the details to the correct number and she said yes, and their sms system takes a while. So does a while mean the whole day? If their system wasn't working, I should have been notified and not for the lady to say she sent both the email and sms and I didn't receive any of the communications. Which resulted in me not being able to send my car in to get a quote meaning I've wasted a day.
I'm really disappointed in the service I received.
