I registered for online services and was provided with a username and password. The day I activated it all was working well. When I tried logging in again I was logged out. I emailed through my details and was asked to sent through my ID number or account number so I could be unblocked and receive new login details. I did this and still didn't receive anything. I phoned the call centre was given another number to contact where I was just plainly asked by the consultant to use another email and create a new account. I don't want to do that as I have one email I use. I was given a reference number 2001140096/GO but after sending numerous emails nobody responds. I am really not happy with the service, this was supposed to be more convenient and a better way for customers to have access to statements and other transcations but for me has just turned into a BIG NIGHTMARE!!!
