On Saturday I sent an sms so that I could receive a quote from King Price. One of the consultants called me within a few minutes of me sending the sms. He did the quote over the phone for me and when he was finished I asked for the quote to be emailed to me so that I could go through it to ensure all the details etc were correct and to ensure nothing was missing. I was advised the email was on the way to me. It is now Monday and I am still waiting for the quote to be emailed to me... Is this an indication of how you do business and deal with potential clients? If so, you need to brush up on your client service.
