Amazing Customer Service

Raylyn Louw is excellent at her job and has given me the best customer service I've received in a long time.

She was patient with me when I initially called in, called me back the following day to follow-up if my query was resolved - when it wasn't she escalated it but kept me abreast of all that was happening, she was patient and even took the time to provide clear instructions via email when I had trouble with the required steps online.

I hope that her superiors acknowledge you have a gem and overall her attitude and treatment of me as a customer embodies the slogan of the FNB brand. Thank you Raylyn and continue to excel at your work
