Spent the whole day trying to resolve a query

I transfered money into a Standard bank account on the 21/August, branch code transfered money to reserve bank, I started looking for this money from the 26th till the 5/August when I had to spend the whole day in the bank Nedbank kept reffering me to Standard bank STD bank sent me back to Nedbank Westgate branches for the whole day till in the end I was told the money will be reversed the following day which was not. I called Nedbank internet banking to get help on transferring money from my credit card to cheque account, both at nedbank. Three people could not help all of them just hang up.
