Standard Bank takes R40 000

3 weeks ago my father transfered R40 000 from his Standard Bank account to my Nedbank account. I am a beneficiary of his so account details are loaded and correct. The money immediately was taken out of his account and never put into my account. Standard Bank have now charged him a tracing fee for their mistake and still have not deposited the money in my Nedbank account or returned the money to my father standard bank account despite numerous calls from me and my father. No one can tell us where this money has disappeared to??
