Every time i want to use my 'quick & convenient' internet banking service with Nedbank, i log on and cannot carry out any transactions as there is an Error note disallowing any actions to be carried out. The point of Internet banking is to be prevent a customer from having to go into the bank themselves, however this service is of no use if the system is constantly down, thus one has to go into the bank directly anyway.
