I am a premier banker with Fnb and I have requested Mr Waide House to assist me with submitting my retrenchment letter to affected parties. I have being banking with Fnb for more 10 years and I don't believe that after all this years I get such a bad customer service. I am going through a lot I expect my bank to assist as the logo say how can I help.
Mr House called me last week, and advise that he will inform credit card, wesbank and personal loan departments. He advise that they will call me but I have not receive even one call from this department.
I believe that as my premier banker he should make things better but he is not, which means I should do it my self but at least he should have cutesy to tell me.
I don't know how true is Fnb when they promise to help!!!
