My dad has a hospital pay back plan with standard bank. He recently came out of hospital after suffer from a stroke and now to claim from this so called hospital plan is more of a nightmare than the actual stroke! I have taken my dad about 3 times to get the claim forms and all 3 times we were asked for a email address which we supplied 3 times in order for them to send the forms. And now another day later, we still waiting. The motto at standard bank is more"MOVING FORWARD", but it seems in the case we "MOVING NOWHERE! "
