I feel have a case against Bayport for "Reckless Lending". They never explained the terms of the first loan of R7000 to me nor the interest rate of 43%.
More importantly, the "induced" me into signing a cell contract (which is really a loan as they upfront the R3, 500 as a capital advance on the contract) this was also not explained to me. But importantly, they did this AFTER I had already defaulted on the first loan. They therefore knew I was unable to pay and they actions are/were reckless.
I got hold of the NCR and made a case.
