After being admitted to hospital in October 2012, I submitted a claim to Standard Bank / Bluebean Card Hospital cover via AIG / Chartis. Several submissions and many telephone calls and empty promises of feedback and answers and apologies for "the call centre has moved" blah blah blah, I have yet to have a single scrap of evidence that the matter is being attended to.
Avoid the Standard Bank / Bluebean Card Hospital cover plan at all costs, it's a money making!
