Standard bank hospital policy

It is a nightmare to register a claim through standard bank (AIG) hospital insurance. The call centre agents is clearly based outside of the RSA, and upon registering a claim their is in the past 4 weeks a system problem, and that you have to phone back in a week and re-register. Following week it is the same story... Their is no use in having a hospital insurance policy, if it is impossible to claim.
