I recently complained about the non payment of a claim l made in respect of a hospital plan which l have with Chartis Life. Despite having filled in the claim forms correctly and emailing them back to the same email address they were sent from, l was repeatedly told they could not find a claim from me. After submitting my report on [URL Removed] l was contacted by email within a few hours and asked to send my claim forms to the head of the claims department. This l did and again within hours I was notified that my claim had been paid into my bank account. I am very grateful to [URL Removed] for their help and sorry that it is necessary to resort to this sort of action to get big companies to honour their obligations.
