My Incredible Connection account was paid in full in 2008 and I was advised that the account would be closed. In 2011 someone from your offices phoned me to tell me the account is still open and I owe money on this account. He advised me that he will make sure the account is closed and that it would be removed from ITC. Today I get a call again telling me that I owe money on this account.
Please get this removed from my ITC or I will be taking this further.
