Please be advised that the account was paid Sept/ Oct . The outstanding balances were paid on all 3 accounts.
My husband was in contact with Fatima in Durban Vacation offices and he advised her that we paid the account in full and the account should be cancelled and added to the list for someone else to purchase.
Fatima did not advise my husband that monthly fees would have to be paid.
Today my husband received a call from you which is a year later advising that we have to pay /-R5000.00 on this account which I feel is completely ridiculous.
During the past year we have not received a phone call or any correspondence with regards to us owing this money.
The reason why we paid up the account in full last year is because my husband was unemployed. I then resigned and collected my pension and with this money paid up all our debt in order to be debt free. This was also explained to Fatima.
We have not made use of this account benefits since the time of activation. Which means we have paid a OF ALOT OF MONEY including settling the account.
According to my husband you advised deductions were being made from his Capitec account which is closed!!!
