My cell phone was on friday 15.03.2013, and I called 24 Hour Mobility on tuesday 19.03.2013 and spoke to Reinhardt Collins to check up on the claim progress.
There was a technicality caused by the MTN store where I purchased my phone that resulted in my claim being declined, which also delayed the process, and I was so furious at the incompetence, but Reinhardt in his professional and very efficient and friendly manner sorted out the problem without delay and sourced a new phone for me. He really went the extra mile, I had my new phone that afternoon. Thank you Reinhardt Collins for your professional and prompt attention to my claim.
