I went and closed my cheque account and I was promised that it was closed. This happened twice in one year and both times the account was noot closed. I'm not sure if the stuff at evjust don't know thei system or they just want to make my life missarable.

Yesterday my money from my access account was transfered to the very same account which I was told is closed, when I went to the branch they told me that the notes on the system shows that the account is closed but people from their back office did not finallise the closure. Their collection department without calling me just took about R1200 from my access account. N ow I need to use my money its still not in my account. They told me that they have reversed it and it will reflect today its still not in. Tomorrow is my son's birth day I need to use the money urgently as I'm not paid yet and its still not in my account. I want my money today, and I want them to refund even the charges for transfering the money because this is not my fault. If I don't get my money today I'm taking this to the ombud's man. I am tired of complaining about the same account over and over again. This people waisted my money, my time andmy energy!!!
