I previously complained about JDG financial services listing me as a bad debtor on the credit bureau. I called the office last year and forwarded all required documents but nothing was done. As soon as I realised that there's a listing on the credit bureau requested by JDG a month ago I called in and spoke to Depney and also forwarded all the documents and he later requested the Bureau to remove the listing. The listing got removed but it has been reinstated by JDG again.
What kind of nonsense is this??? When I spoke to them last year they advised that the account has been investigated and also written off... same story I got a week ago but they still send requests to the bureaus to re-instate the listing. Can someone please help??? I don't know what else to do. This is affecting my credit rating big time and I cannot be sending documents to JGD all my life. Depney confirmed to me that the account has been closed on his side but why still send information to the credit bureaus saying the account is overdue??? I am really saddened by this event, every processes they undertake is poor and extremely depressing. I want my name removed from all JDG systems ASAP.
