I am exasperated with the service received between home assist / road assist!
My vehicle is locked in the garage and I need a locksmith. Virgin insists that this is not an emergency - I beg to differ! I find the lack of understanding and unwillingness to assist from a so called assistance line stupendous.
Please look at the official marketing materials for these products, [URL Removed] which makes no mention of locksmiths only being covered if I cannot access the house. Furthermore, the road assist says that they cover locksmiths [URL Removed] but this department is also adamant that the R750 locksmith charges will be for my own account.
This is blatantly false advertising and I must in pure conscience demand that Virgin Insurance honor their commitment, based on the policy agreements in place.
