Call Center Agent with a great attitude

On Saturday afternoon while visiting a sick relative at about 15:50, I got out of the car and the doors were automatically locked with my 1 year old son still in the car. It seems there was a malfunction and I called Virgin Assist, where a a gentleman whose name I forgot proceeded to assist me. I was in a panick but he was very understanding and kept reassuring me that everything will be okay. The Locksmith (Louw's Keys) came in about 15minutes and while waiting, the agent continued to call and check how I was holding up. He also kept me informed of the whereabouts of the Locksmith and I must say that this was good customer service at it's highest. I want to thank this Call Center agent once again for this sterling service and I hope he continues to assist others in the same manner. Job well done!
