On 25 may i locked my keys in the boot, europassist appointed jr locksmiths, jr arrived with an unmarked vehicle & his family, i informed them that the locksmith is already here and on the job, he still came in & had a chat with the 1st locksmith who was trying to pick the lock which was taking some time, jr locksmiths had different tools and offered to try so the 1st company gave him 5 minutes or so to try & he failed, jr then contacted the owner (his father in law) & he advised that he can pull the boot catch to open the boot - the 1st locksmith said to him that it will not work as its electronic and double locked however jr got his wire, modified it and attempted to pull the catch through the sunroof, seeing he was rough i provided him with a cloth to prevent scratches to the roof, his wife then came to direct him by looking through the window, i then noticed a scratch on the doorpad & told him to stop and to look at what he did, he then left, i informed europassist of the damage together with pictures, europassist then contacted jr & they said they did not touch the vehicle, claire from europassist accepted this and now i have a damaged car which they are not prepared to sort out
