I was at Old Eds gym recently with my 1 year old baby and went through the frightening experience of locking my child in the car with the keys inside by mistake. Although the vehicle had never done anything like this before when I went to go open my door (after dropping the keys in the front seat before putting my baby in his car seat) it was locked! I immediately started panicking and tried to open all the doors to no avail. I then tried to google a locksmith and spoke with several all of whom were unhelpful and not able to get to me quickly. Just when I started to think I would in fact have to smash a window some very kind gentlemen came to assist me. One of them had BMW assist as their emergency response and called them to see if they could help. Central locksmiths responded in the most amazing way.
They arrived in 10 min after driving in the yellow lane on the highway to get to ma as fast as possible and arrived so quickly it was increadible. They got my frightened baby out of the car in under a minute and I couldn't believe how wonderful they were and the amazing customer service I got.
