PETROL CARDS

I am very disturbed that i applied for a petrol card in the florida branch and the consultant convinced me to take a revolving credit which i have no issues with the issue is i went and applied for petrol card this happened 3mnts ago and to date my petrol card has not been delivered to either myself or the branch. i am going to cancel my gold cheque account and the revolving credit that i have with fnb... i cannot see the reason as to why i have not received my petrol card when i have been approved for it
