I have never been to the Braamfontein branch of Standard Bank and left with a feeling of peace for having received proper service. They have to know that there will ALWAYS be a number of people looking for Enquiries Assistance, but refuse, despite constant request to increase the number of Enquiries Assistance. If this were the first time the line was horrendously long, I would understand. But, this line is always a mess.
Fed up by the reluctance to provide good service, I then approached a staff member. She told me I could not speak to the manager because he was "out". She then advised me to write my complaint in a book which I know is just there for show. So, I now post my complaint on the only place I know will yield positive response from the bank. Lest, they lose business.
