Failing to supply cancelation of bond

Please note that it has taken FNB now more than 2 months since the first request to cancel a bond and this has still not been done.
Both myself (the purchaser) as well as the attorneys of the seller (who's bond is with FNB) has communicated and stated the urgency and what delay this has caused as this has been the only documentation that has been outstanding in order to register. This has financially implicated us very badly and was advised by the sellers attorneys to get legal representation but we cannot affords this.
We have been sent in circles by FNB as we were on more than one occasion advised that the documentation was on its way to the attorneys that would be dealing with the cancelation of the bond. I have written proof of this but it has still not reached the attorneys.
I want this sorted out today and I want someone to be held responsible as there is a massive difference between a R3000 bond and R8500 occupational rental as well as all other living costs.
This is completely unacceptable. And someone needs to be held responsible for the unnecessary costs that this has caused us.
