Still without my garage card!

After my previous hellopeter complaint about wasting my time by sending cards to the wrong place, Standard bank quickly responded with apologies and even reversed some service fees. Card division assured me that the two cards in question were ordered and would be sent to Kollonade branch.
Nothing was heard from the bank and I went to Kollonade branch on 11 April only to be told that no cards were ordered or sent. I phoned card division and they confirmed with a tracing number that the cards were received by the branch on 25 March. Back to the branch and after a very long queue delay I am told that only one of the cards was ordered. I am still without a garage card after the old one expired in February. This is extremely inconvinient and I dont want any more apologies, just the service I pay for.
