I went to Mr Price on Saturday in Carlswald Lifestyle Centre and when getting to the till my Nedbank Card was declined 3 times despite the fact that i have money in my account and don't have a swipe limit. I ended up paying cash for the items. When Checking my bank statement on Monday i saw that it went off my account twice. I phoned Nedbank call centre and explained the situation and was faxed a dispute form. I tried twice to fax it back to them and it wouldn't go through. I then went to Mr Price today and they informed me that its not on anyone of their slips which is understandable as it was declined. I went to Nedbank straight afterwards to hand the dispute form in. I was told by the Branch manager they could not help me as i need to go to the merchant i then stated that i'm getting false information from their call centre as they sent me a dispute form. She told me i need to go back to the Merchant and. She also stated that Nedbank was down on Saturday from 12:30pm-15:00pm which is very funny because i swiped my card at other merchants between that time and all went through. She also stated that they couldn't help me and could not inform me where my MONEY was. I want MY MONEY BACK!
