Why should I beg for an e-statement every month

Dear Virgin Money is there a specific reason why I should beg every month for a credit card statement? Is this your way of frustrating clients to ensure that outstanding amounts are settled late and you can levy interest. Your system on the Internet do no supply statements for primary & secondary card users. I really like your credit card and what it offers, however I cannot justify begging for an e-statement every month.
