To date I am still waiting on a dispute logged with Nedbank relating to a transaction that occured on my American Express greenbacks gold credit card. Dispute Ref: 61714927. Besides having to navigate through a tedious telephone menu system the call centre staff that assisted just seemed to show no interest in my case to the point that I actually had to suggest putting the card on hold or cancelling it until this was investigating and resolved. Please do go play back the conversation for this ref. I have faxed through the dispute form with all the details and was told I would have to wait 40 working days, I find this highly irregular and disappointing when compared to the service from other banks, in the interim I have had to pay this amount. The transaction occured on the 13/02/2013, the vendor was [URL Removed] Bristol for the amount of R6082.65. My cards have always been in my possession and I have never been to the UK or done any online shopping on this website. I am still waiting on feedback and my refund. Should I not get any answer from Nedbank, I will start looking at other banks who can offer me better services.
