ON 25 JULY 2013 A CARD TRANSACTION WAS DONE IN CAPE TOWN FOR AMOUNT R2947.37. BUT THE PROBLEM THAT I HAVE IS THAT AM LIVING IN BOKSBURG AND WAS @ PNP TOWERS @ EAST RAND MALL AND MADE A PURCHASE OF R94.00 WHEN THE SMS CAME THROUGH OF THE TRANSACTION IN WOODSTOCK CAPE TOWN. I WENT TO NEDBANK CARNIVALL MALL AND EXPLAINE WHAT HAPPEND AND FILLED IN A DISPUTE FORM I WAS NOTIFIED THAT THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THIS AND GET BACK TO ME. UP TO KNOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN. KNOW I FIND OUT THAT NEDBANK WILL NOT REFUND ME ON THIS AMOUT. i DON'T KNOW WHY AN EXPLANATION WAS NOTE GIVEN. i NEED TO KNOW CAN'T NEDBANK THINK FOR THEMSELFS HOW CAN I BE IN CAPE TOWN AND BOKSBURG AND MAKE BOTH TRANSACTIONS FROM MY ACCOUNT ALMOST AT THE SAME TIME... I DID NOT PURCHES ANYTHING FROM CAPETOWN!!! (WOODSTOCK) ALL I NEED IS MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED TO ME I'VE STRUGGLED TO GET INFO REGARDING MY CASE SINCE 28 JULY PATHETIC!!! I NEED MY MONEY... AND FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY MONEY. AGAIN I DIT NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FOR THE AMOUNT OF R2947.37!!!
