Please stop phoning me :'(

I took delivery of my new car on 27 February 2013 - financed through ABSA Vehicle Finance. Today is 15 March 2013. Every day since delivery I have received a marketing call from ABSA... sometimes twice a day. Every day at the same time. If I ignore my cellphone - they call my work line. My manager is now getting ticked off with me!

I've asked the agents sooooo nicely to stop calling me... I've politely declined their offers... I've tried being assertive... Today I called the call centre to ask them to note that I do not wish to receive any telephonic marketing correspondence. I was told to go in to a branch with my ID to change this?! So the call centre has the right to phone and bother me but I must make the effort to go into a branch to ask them to stop?!?!?

Worst of all... I made triple sure that when signing my contract I marked NO for marketing consent!

I don't blame the agents - they have a horrible, difficult job. Please management - take my number off the phone list for all products...
Perhaps the small difference in interest rate at Wesbank is worth the peace and quiet :( (They never called me once in over 6 years...)
