I just got a call from ABSA homeloans. I asked the lady what the call is about and then she told me she cannot tell me anything before I confirm my personal details.
I told her I am not going to do that over the phone. How do I know if the call is actually from ABSA. She then said I must go to the branch. Now I have to take off from work, drive to branch and then maybe find out that ABSA was actually waisting my time because the call might be regarding marketing stuff.
I have even spoken to the supervisor regarding this. He told me I must call a number. F*^% again, Why must I do this if ABSA is calling? How do I know the number I am calling is ABSA.
If this was ABSA calling, it is very bad service. ABSA is just me off almost on a daily basis.
