I just had enough of Nedank and theire poor service.2 Debit transactions went off my account which I gave no authority to do so and I dont even know the places so I phoned Nedabnk on the 26th of Feb to ask them to reverse it of course they said that it would be done and the funds would be back inmy account within 24 hours.2 Days later I phoned again and asked why is the funds not back in my account and then my previous query didnt even exist on their system so I had to go through the process again. Still nothing happend so I phoned again on the 8th March had to do the process again this time I received an sms to confirm my query and that it was handled. Yesterday my vodacom debit order went off and my account is in the minus now because Nedbank still hasnt put the funds back into my account, .So I went to Nedbank in Greenstone mall and the lady refused to help me without my ref number qhich I did not have on me. I came back tro work and Phoned her 4 times in the afterrnoon to give the ref number to her and she did not call back ones. I just had enough of Nedbank and their attitude and me alwauys who has to phone becaus eof them not sorting this out.
