Absa again pesters me with Spam

I have asked Absa not to send me spam in the past. It has started again. On 25 July I received a message for an Absa spam and again on 2 November. The last message reads "Absa: Download our App to your smartphone or tablet and start banking wherever you are. Search for Absa in your App Store today." The message was sent from 083930045650000.

I am on the national opt out list. Absa ignores this list. Why can't they stop pestering me with their messages? I want to know where they got my cell number. I am not a client of Absa. I demand an explanation why I should be a victim of their exploitative marketing. I pay for these messages when I travel overseas. I do NOT want Absa's marketing messages.
