Stop the Marketing!

How, oh how, do I get FNB to stop phoning, emailing and SMSing marketing to me?
I have been into the branch twice, and have completed forms to request no marketing. I was told no eBucks if I do not receive marketing, and I am fine with that. It is annoying that when I am on roaming, I end up paying for FNB's marketing calls.
I have asked nicely on two occasions, if this does not stop now, my only option is to go into the bank (once again) and throw all my toys out of the cot!
Giving this one last try, before doing so!
