Nedbank Credit Card division defrauding customers

The world should know that Nedbank are committing by deducting money from customer accounts without authorization. They deducted R 2700 from my account, without my permission, and then have the audacity to send an SMS after the deduction took place. I contacted the Retail collections deparment, but they quickly passed the buck, stating that they have nothing to do with it, but Head Office does. According to them, Head Office has a mandate to deduct money from cusomers personal banking accounts, if the customer defrauded on a payment. Yes, I did on payment, 3 months. Its not because I wanted to, but because I had to, due to medical bills that needed payment. Medical bills for my Special Needs child. Now, with the money that was deducted without my permission, they have taken the only money I had to cover food cost, some additional medical bills, and school fees. Please understand they I dont have any problem paying back the money that is owed. Nedbank C-card was quick to phone this morining after the money was deducted to setup and arrangement (which I did). If the money is not paid back, this will be published in the news, and also to the banking onbutsman.
