Un arranged double payment

My name is phumzile ruth masondo on the 27/08/2013 nedbank deducted an amount for tmy personal loan. My account was in arrears so i agreed with them two months ago to deduct a portion to bring to date. For the past two months they have been deducting the amount we agreed on until on the said date the deducted huge amount we did nnot agreed on.
I called them to return the money and they promised that i will get the money in two days but i waited until i called again and they said i wont get my money cause i had agreed to the deduction someone had called me. Nobody has called me and how can i have two arrangements, the worse part i cant reverse the money cause capitec does not do reversals.

Im so depressed.
