My medical aid payment must be debited from my bank account, last month I had exact same problem, then it was my banking details that seems to be a problem, then the problem was on the side of Fedhealth, stories and more stories, I phoned them (costly cause you wait for 15 min) I was promised, if you listen to your recordings that this will be sorted out (ha-ha) again money not deducted, again I phone, again I must go to Nedbank to pay in the money, I do not work for Nedbank nor do I work next to Nedbank I cannot run to Nedbank every time cause I also have a job. Why must a person always complain on this site to get results!!!
Being with Fedhealth a couple of years please advise if you don't need my money let me know so that I can start looking for another medical aid, the call centre so called trainees have no idea whats going on and you guys just sit back
