Deduction of money

Nedbank deducted money from my bank account without my knowledge. It was for my credit card account which is also at Nedbank. The problem is that I already have an arrangement with their attorneys and are paying my credit card outstanding amount back with a fixed amount every month. Nedbank needs to sort this out and deposit the money back into my account immediately. I am a single mom and there is no way I can pay all my bills, buy food etc. without this money.
