I had a accident on 30 January 2013, I put a claim in. After long wait for them to give me the go ahead they advice me that my instalement will go up. I had 30 Days as of the 12 Feb 2013 for my instalement my premium goes off on the 20th of everyone month. The 20th of Feb 2013 my new instalement went off which why they give me 30 days more then a R100.

I called Nicole on the 1 March she would call me back on the 4 Monday I called back two days later that sameday she tried calling me on my cell which I always advice them that I can't answer my phone

Today 15 March I waiting and I need my access to be reverse as that wasn't the agreement
