I lodged a complaint on 13 FEBRUARY on hello peter after struggling with an issue since last year. On 14 Feb I got the usual hana hana apologise sob story and told that a (formal) complaint was lodged under reference 254442 and it has been escalated to core banking solutions to investigate and I will be contacted.
On the 4th of March, I gave feedback on how utterly disgusted I was as I still had NO response from FNB regarding my complaint, no emails, no smses and goodness forbid the decency of a phone call.
Needless to say, to this day I have STILL had no response. Would I have expected anything less? Maybe, just maybe, this time around I can expect an answer???
